These terms apply to every order placed with BacklinkAfrica, operated by BackLink Africa LTD, Uganda (“we”, “us”). By confirming an order you accept them.
1. What we sell
We arrange the publication of articles and links on websites listed in our directory, and on other sites we agree with you. Each site publishes under its own editorial policy. We do not promise any search ranking, traffic, mention in AI answers or particular link treatment.
2. Prices and quotes
Every site is priced on request. We give prices by quote. The quote we confirm for your order is the price that applies.
3. How an order is confirmed
An order is confirmed when we confirm it in writing (by email or WhatsApp) after you accept our quote. Until then, neither side is bound.
4. Payment
We accept payment by PayPal or Stripe through a link on your quote or invoice. You pay 50% of the order when you place it, and the remaining 50% within 48 hours of the link going live. We never collect card details on our website.
5. Delivery and guarantee
Your link goes live within 24 hours of us receiving your final article, or we refund the order in full. If a live link is removed within 12 months, we replace it free of charge.
The guarantee does not apply when:
- you ask for changes that delay publication or change the agreed article;
- a site closes, or removes content across the site for reasons outside our control;
- the content breaks our content and disclosure policy or the law.
6. Refunds
If we cannot place a confirmed order, we refund what you paid for that placement. Refunds are paid through the method you used to pay.
7. Edits and rejections by sites
Each site may edit an article for style, accuracy and its own policy, and may reject an article. If a site rejects an article, we offer a revised article, another site or a refund for that placement.
8. Non-circumvention
For 12 months after we first introduce you to a site, you will not buy placements directly from that site. Agencies will not route their clients around us to sites first introduced through us.
9. Confidentiality
Our quotes and price lists are confidential to you. Please do not share them with anyone else without our permission.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any order is capped at the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of ranking, traffic or revenue.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
